神、气学说是人与自然的辩证哲学思想,神、气互生互用、对立统一,反映微观及宏观的生命现象。从神、气相关认识功能性胃肠病,气的失常是病机共性,神病及气、气病及神的神气共病是疾病本质。神气同调治疗功能性胃肠病,调节脏腑之气的升降平衡、出入有序,恢复气、血、精、津液的代谢及转化,安藏五神,滋养元神。内外合治,运用针刺、艾灸等外治方法,遵循四时八节、五运六气的客观规律,实现人与自然的神气和谐。

The theory of spirit and qi is a dialectical philosophical thought between man and nature.They are mutually generated and operated,and the unity of opposites reflects micro and macro life phenomena.The functional gastrointestinal disease is recognized from the perspective of spirit and qi.The disorder of qi is the common pathogenesis,and the essence of the disease is the spirit qi disease,including the spirit disease affecting qi and the qi disease affecting spirit.Spirit and qi can be regulated simultaneously to treat the functional gastrointestinal disease which includes regulating qi of zang-fu organs,balance in ascending and descending,coming in and going out,restoring the metabolism and transformation of qi,blood,essence and body fluids,tranquilizing the five mental activities and nourishing the original spirit.The combination of internal and external treatment,using acupuncture,moxibustion and other external treatment methods,follows the objective law of four seasons,eight sections,five circuits and six qi to achieve the harmony of spirit and qi between man and nature.
