中药生熟异用源流探析

Origin and Development of Different Uses of Unprocessed and Processed Chinese Medicine

中药生熟异用是古代医家智慧的结晶,古代文献中有诸多关于药物生熟异用的记载。本文对古代文献中的相关资料进行了梳理,关于生熟异用的认识早在秦汉时期已现端倪,其根本原因在于熟制过程影响了药物的四气、五味、归经、升降,从而使得药物功效也发生了改变。目前关于中药生熟异用机制的研究,多数停留在对某种或几种化学成分改变的观察,未来还应加强对中药生熟异用的挖掘整理。

The different uses of unprocessed and processed Chinese medicine are the crystallization of the wisdom of ancient physicians.There are many records about the different uses of unprocessed and processed Chinese medicine in ancient literature.This paper reviewed the relevant information in ancient literature and found that people’s recognition of the different uses of unprocessed and processed Chinese medicine had already emerged as early as in the Qin and Han dynasties.The fundamental reason for this is that the processing affects the four properties,five flavors,meridian tropism,ascending and descending of medicine,resulting in changes in their efficacy.At present,researches on the mechanism of different uses of unprocessed and processed Chinese medicine has mostly focused on observing changes in certain or several chemical components.In the future,efforts should be made to excavate and sort the different uses of unprocessed and processed Chinese medicine.
