Domestic Research Status and Prospect of a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace

“网络空间命运共同体”是世界大变局下的一种新型国际关系,致力于实现全球网络空间良法善治,构建网络空间命运共同体具有高度的紧迫性、必要性,作为中国为实现网络空间繁荣而提出的智慧方案,引发了学界的广泛关注。基于文献分析法,对国内已有的855篇文献进行了梳理,归纳了该理念的核心概念、生成逻辑,剖析了其现实阻碍和实践路径,并探讨了网络空间命运共同体未来在建设路径、信息技术影响、国际共识等方面需要深化的研究方向。

“A community with a shared future in cyberspace”is a new type of international relations under profound global changes,and is committed to the realization of global cyberspace with law and governance.It is highly urgent and necessary to build a community of shared future in cyberspace.As a smart plan proposed by China to achieve prosperity in cyberspace,the concept of“a community with a shared future in cyberspace”has attracted wide attention from scholars.Based on literature analysis,the paper sorts out 855 literature in China,summarizes the core ideas and generation logic of the concept,and analyzes its realistic obstacles and practical paths.In addition,the paper examines the research directions of“a community with a shared future in cyberspace”that needs to be deepened in the future in terms of construction path,the impact of information technology,and international consensus.
