On the Historical Initiative in Promoting Chinese Modernization

在探索推进中国式现代化的进程中,党和国家形成了一系列发扬历史主动精神的认识和经验,主要包括:运用马克思主义理论武器,把握历史规律,发挥人民群众主人翁作用;坚持理论与实际相结合、与中华优秀传统文化相结合,实事求是,走自己的路,建设中国特色社会主义;增强历史主动,站在历史正确和文明进步一边,为人类现代化贡献中国智慧、中国方案;发扬斗争精神、提高斗争本领,依靠顽强斗争打开事业发展新天地。这些认识和经验为我们以历史主动精神进一步深入推进中国式现代化提供了精神密码。

In the process of exploring and promoting Chinese modernization,the Party and the state have formed a series of understandings and experiences to promote the historical initiative,mainly including the use of Marxist theoretical tool,grasping historical laws,and playing the role of the people as masters;adhering to the combination of theory with practice and tradition,as well as the excellent traditional Chinese culture,seeking truth from facts,following one's own path,and building socialism with Chinese characteristics;strengthening historical initiative,standing on the right side of history and civilization progress,and contributing Chinese wisdom and solutions to human modernization;carrying forward the spirit of struggle,improving the ability of struggle,and relying on tenacious struggle to break new ground.These understandings and experiences provide a spiritual code for us to further promote Chinese modernization with the historical initiative.
