According to the changes in the internal and external environment of New China and the national strategic needs,the paths for state-owned enterprises to enhance the resilience of their industrial chains in different historical periods have distinct characteristics,achieving a qualitative leap from scratch to the improvement of resilience in China's industrial chain.This is reflected in the birth of state-run enterprises and the establishment of independent industrial systems,as well as the reform and deep integration of state-owned enterprise into the global industrial chain,new positioning of stateowned enterprise and enhancing the core competitiveness of the industrial chain.One of the important reasons why New China has only gone through the hundreds of years of industrial chain development in developed countries in a few decades is that state-owned enterprise,as the important material and political foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics,have always adhered to reform,development,and innovation,laying a solid foundation for the development of the industrial chain by leveraging the superiority of the socialist basic economic system,providing lasting impetus for enhancing the resilience of the industrial chain relying on theoretical research on state-owned enterprise reform,the interaction and promotion of policy guidance and enterprise practice.The state-owned enterprise also keep their country in mind through the entire process.
