摘要
为了研究粉煤灰在聚氯乙烯(PVC)复合材料中对其他无机填料的可替代性,比较了硅烷偶联剂(KH550,KH570)和硬脂酸(SA)表面活化粉煤灰后,在不同填充量下,对PVC复合材料力学性能的影响,并且,利用SEM对粉煤灰/PVC复合材料的微观形貌进行表征。研究结果表明,随着粉煤灰含量的增加,PVC复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和冲击强度均降低,但是,热变形温度增大;KH550活化处理后的粉煤灰/PVC复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度与SA改性的复合材料相比较好,而SA活化表面处理后的复合材料的断裂伸长率和冲击强度与硅烷偶联剂改性的复合材料相比较好。为粉煤灰资源化利用提供了新方向。
In order to explore the substitutability of fly ash to inorganic fillers in polyvinyl chloride(PVC)composite,the effects of silane coupling agent(KH550,KH570)and stearic acid(SA)surface activated fly ash on the mechanical properties of composite under different flling contents was compared.And the microscopic morphology of fly ash/PVC composite were characterized by SEM.The research results showed that as the increase of fly ash content,the tensile strength,elongation at break and impact strength of PVC composite materials decreased,but the thermal deformation temperature increased;the tensile strength and flexural strength of PVC composite with the fly ash by KH550 activation treatment were better than that of SA,however,the elongation at break and impact strength of composite with SA activation treatment were better than that of silane coupling agents.Using the research of this paper,we could opens up a new direction for the utilization of fly ash.
