洗涤对蒙脱土结构及其增强PBS复合材料性能的影响

摘要 为了改善聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)的性能,将超临界二氧化碳(ScCO_(2))中改性的蒙脱土添加至PBS中,制备复合材料,分析洗涤工艺对ScCO_(2)中改性蒙脱土结构及其增强PBS复合材料性能的影响。研究表明,未洗涤的有机蒙脱土(001)面片层间距较大,并且,蒙脱土颗粒形貌较蓬松,洗涤后,有机蒙脱土(001)面片层间距减小,并且,蒙脱土颗粒变得密实堆积。比较而言,未洗涤的有机蒙脱土增强的PBS复合材料与洗涤的有机蒙脱土增强的PBS复合材料相比,结晶温度和熔融温度提高,储能模量、损耗模量和复数黏度均增大,拉伸强度、冲击强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量提高。 In order to improve the performance of polybutylene succinate(PBS),montmorillonite modified under supercritical carbon dioxide(ScCO_(2))was added to PBS to prepare PBS composite reinforced by modified montmorillonite.The effect of washing on the structure of the modified montmorillonite in ScCO_(2) and PBS composite materials was investigated.The results showed that the surface lamellar spacing of unwashed organic montmorillonite(001)was large,and the morphology of montmorillonite particles was fluffy.After washing,the surface lamellar spacing of organic montmorillonite(001)decreased,and the montmorillonite particles became dense and accumulate.In comparison,PBS composite reinforced by unwashed organic montmorllonite had higher crystallization temperature and melting temperature,higher storage modulus,loss modulus and complex viscosity,and higher tensile strength,impact strength,bending strength and bending modulus than PBS composite reinforced by washed organic montmorillonite.
