伴性索样结构和玻璃样变的子宫内膜样癌的研究进展
Research progress of corded and hyalinized endometrioid carcinomas
摘要
伴性索样结构和玻璃样变的子宫内膜样癌(CHEC)是新近认识的子宫内膜样癌的一种形态学变异,具有典型的双相分化的特点,表现为低级别子宫内膜样癌合并伴玻璃样变的性索样区域,不易与癌肉瘤等多种子宫肿瘤鉴别。本研究旨在进一步提高对本病的认识,以减少误诊误治。
