运动想象脑机接口在脑卒中后上肢康复中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脑卒中是一种由于脑部血管突发破裂或阻塞导致血液不能流入大脑而引发脑组织损伤的疾病[1]。脑卒中已成为我国致死率第一的疾病,同时也是我国成年人致残的首要原因[2]。人类大脑控制上肢特别是手部活动的区域分布在运动中枢里不同的脑区,所涉及神经数量庞大。脑卒中所引起的上肢运动功能障碍会严重影响患者的正常工作生活,给患者家庭及社会带来严重的生活、医疗和经济负担。因此,脑卒中后的上肢运动功能康复成为缓解患者工作生活困境的重要途径。
