针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征肾虚肝郁型不孕症患者的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of acupuncture on infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver depression

目的观察补肾疏肝针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)肾虚肝郁型不孕症患者的临床疗效。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月佛山市中医院的60例PCOS肾虚肝郁型不孕症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组口服来曲唑促排卵治疗,观察组口服来曲唑联合补肾疏肝针刺治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的子宫动脉平均搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、子宫内膜厚度(ET)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、排卵率和妊娠率,评估其临床疗效。结果两组治疗前的PI、RI、ET、SAS和SDS比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后的ET高于对照组,观察组治疗后的PI、RI、SAS评分和SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的排卵率、妊娠率、总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合来曲唑治疗PCOS不孕症,可明显改善患者临床症状,提高排卵率和妊娠率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with kidney deficiency and liver depression.Methods A total of 60 patients with PCOS infertility of kidney deficiency and liver depression from June 2020 to June 2022 were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group was given treatment with Letrozole to promote ovulation,and the observation group was given Letrozole combined with acupuncture therapy.The mean uterine artery pulse index(PI),resistance index(RI),endometrial thickness(ET),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results There were no significant differences in PI,RI,ET,SAS and SDS between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The ET of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,while the PI,RI,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with letrozole in the treatment of the patients with PCOS infertility can effectively improve clinical symptoms,increase the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
