中国涉农产业增加值核算研究

A Study on the Accounting of Value Added in Agribusiness in China

涉农产业增加值数据对于掌握农业全产业链价值状况至关重要。本文基于产业关联理念,构建基于投入产出表的涉农产业增加值核算方法,并基于中国历年投入产出表和可比的OECD投入产出表,核算中国及世界主要国家的涉农产业发展状况。计算结果表明,中国涉农产业增加值在稳步上升,但总增加值占GDP比重呈下降趋势,而中国涉农产业发展程度仍然较低。通过比较涉农产业发展国际经验,本文认为一方面中国涉农产业发展广度会继续下降,但是下降速度会放慢;另一方面中国涉农产业发展程度仍有很大的提升空间,农产品加工制造部门和流通服务部门仍有很大增长潜力。本文为涉农产业相关的研究和实践提供了方法和数据支撑。

The data of added value agribusiness is very important to understand the value status of the whole agricultural industry chain.Based on the concept of industrial linkage,this paper constructs an accounting method for added value of agribusiness based on input-output tables,and estimates agribusiness in China and major countries in the world based on China's input-output tables over the years and comparable OECD input-output tables.The results show that the added value of China's agribusiness is rising steadily,but it's share in GDP is declining,while the development of China's agribusiness is still low.According to the comparison of international experience in the development of agribusiness,this study believes that on the one hand,the development scope of China's agribusiness will continue to decline,but the decline rate will slow down;On the other hand,there is still much room to improve the development of China's agribusiness,and the agricultural products processing sector and the distributing sector still have great growth potential.This paper provides methods and data support for research and practice related to agribusiness.
