再生陶瓷粗骨料混凝土力学性能与耐久性试验研究

摘要 用废弃陶瓷粗骨料取代天然粗骨料,制备出再生骨料混凝土,并测试其工作性能、力学性能及耐久性能。通过试验发现,随着陶瓷粗骨料掺量的增加,再生骨料混凝土达到同一坍落度所需的减水剂用量逐步减少,再生骨料混凝土抗压强度呈现较大的增长,抗碳化性能和抗氯离子渗透性能明显增强,弹性模量和抗收缩性能小幅度提升。 Recycled coarse aggregate concrete was produced by replacing natural coarse aggregate with waste ceramic coarse aggregate,and its workability,mechanical properties,durability were tested.Through the test,it is found that with the increase of ceramic coarse aggregate content,the amount of water reducing agent required for recycled coarse aggregate concrete to reach the same slump gradually decreases,the compressive strength of recycled coarse aggregate concrete increases greatly,the carbonation resistance and chloride ion penetration resistance are significantly enhanced,the elastic modulus and shrinkage resistance are slightly improved.
