高流态免振捣全再生骨料混凝土在深基坑肥槽回填中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对砖渣含量高的再生骨料混凝土坍落度小及坍落度经时损失大的问题,通过对再生粗骨料预湿以及调整外加剂组分等方法,研发出了高流动性免振捣的全再生骨料混凝土,并将其成功地应用到了南飞鸿广场项目基坑肥槽回填中,解决了传统方法基坑肥槽回填夯实难的问题。高流态全再生骨料混凝土中粗细骨料都采用再生骨料,再生材料比例达85%以上,且具有场地要求低、免振捣、稳定性好、施工速度快等优势。高流态免振捣全再生骨料混凝土的应用找出了一条低品质建筑垃圾大批量资源化、高附加值利用的有效途径,具有显著的环境效应和经济效益及广阔的工程应用前景。 To solve the problems of low slump and significant slump loss of recycled aggregate concrete with high brick slag content,super high flow recycled aggregate concrete was developed by pre-wetting recycled coarse aggregate and adjusting the admixture composition,and the super high flow recycled aggregate concrete was successfully applied to the foundation trench of the Nanfeihong Plaza project,it overcame the difficulties of backfilling and compacting in the traditional backfill method.In this engineering application,recycled aggregate was used for both coarse and fine aggregate,the proportion of recycled materials of the recycled aggregate concrete was more than 85%.The study indicates that the super high flow recycled aggregate concrete has the advantages of low site requirements,vibration-free,good stability and fast construction speed.The application of super high flow recycled aggregate has developed an effective and valuable way to reuse low-quality construction waste in large quantities,and it has significant environmental effects,economic benefits and good engineering application prospects.
