大学生赴基层就业影响因素的模糊评价研究

A Study on Fuzzy Evaluation ofFactors Influencing College Students’ Employment at Grassroots Level

构建大学生赴基层就业影响因素评价指标体系,先采用层次分析法和熵权法确定各指标的主、客观权重以及综合权重,再运用模糊综合评价法对其影响因素进行模糊评价.以湖南某高校2021届毕业生为例,对大学生赴基层就业影响因素进行综合评价分析.结果表明,大学生赴基层就业受个人因素影响较大,其次是行业因素和社会因素,受学校因素影响较小.该评价结果与实际大学生赴基层就业情况基本相符.

By constructing the evaluation index system of the influencing factors of college students’employment at the grassroots level,this paper first uses the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to determine the subjective and objective weights and comprehensive weights of each index,and then uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the influencing factors.Taking the 2021 graduates of a university in Hunan as an example,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the influencing factors of college students’employment at the grassroots level.The results show that college students’employment at the grassroots level is greatly affected by personal factors,followed by industry and social factors,and less affected by school factors.The evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual employment situation of college students.
