基于Smith预估模糊PID的控制温度系统的设计与仿真

摘要 针对工业生产控制过程中的温度非线性、滞后大等缺点,设计了一种基于Smith预估算法的模糊PID控制器.以一阶加滞后系统为例,通过对常规PID控制算法、Smith预估控制算法和模糊PID控制算法的理论分析研究,提出了一种将Smith预估控制和模糊算法相结合的控制方案应用于温度控制系统,并用Simulink对温度控制系统进行仿真,得出常规PID控制算法对于滞后较大的系统无法适用,而采用Smith预估模糊PID控制算法的上升时间和调节时间分别减小了1 s和2 s.实验结果表明:基于Smith预估的模糊PID控制算法在响应速度和调节过程中具有更大的优势. In view of the shortcomings of temperature in industrial production control process,such as nonlinearity and large delay,a fuzzy PID controller based on Smith prediction algorithm was designed.Taking the first-order plus delay system as an example,through the theoretical analysis and research of conventional PID control algorithm,Smith estimate control algorithm and fuzzy PID control algorithm,this paper proposed a control algorithm that combined Smith estimate control and fuzzy algorithm to apply to the temperature control system,and used Simulink to simulate the temperature control system,and concluded that the conventional PID control algorithm was not applicable to the system with large delay,The rise time and adjustment time of the Smith estimate fuzzy PID control algorithm were reduced by 1s and 2s respectively.The experimental results showed that the fuzzy PID control algorithm based on Smith prediction had greater advantages in response speed and regulation process.
