摘要 针对新工科建设需要,分析了软件工程专业在培养应用型人才方面存在的问题,这些问题导致学生创新能力不足,工程思维缺乏.本文围绕人才培养方案制定、人才培养模式、校企联合培养和师资队伍建设等,以提升学生实践创新能力为目标,培养其解决复杂软件工程问题的能力,构建符合地域特征的人才培养体系,促进软件工程类专业人才对新经济发展的支撑和地方应用型大学软件工程类专业的转型. In view of the needs of the construction of new engineering,this paper analyses the problems existing in the training of applied talents in the software engineering specialty,which lead to the insufficiency of students’innovative ability and the lack of engineering thinking.This paper focuses on the formulation of talent training programs,the training mode of talents,the joint training of schools and enterprises,the construction of teachers’team,etc.to improve students’practical innovative ability and develop their ability to solve complex software development engineering problems.Construct a regional talent training system to promote the support of software engineering professionals for the new economic development and the transformation of software engineering professionals in local application-oriented universities.
