基于体卫融合高质量发展的时代价值,解构体卫融合高质量发展的内在机理:人才、资本、技术、信息资源要素互动是保障性因素,观念认知、体制机制、政策制度、服务平台的现实困境是制约性因素;构建惠及全人群、贯穿全生命周期的体卫融合服务体系是落脚点。据此,提出体卫融合高质量发展的实践路径。

Based on the era value of high-quality development of the integration of sports and health,this article deconstructs its internal mechanism.The interaction of talent,capital,technology and information resources is the supportive factor,while the realistic dilemma of concept cognition,system mechanism,policies system and service platform is the restrictive factor.Building the integration service system of sports and health that benefits the whole population and the whole life cycle is the foothold.Accordingly,the practical path of high-quality development of the integration of sports and health is proposed.
