超声药物导入联合补液治疗妊娠剧吐的临床研究

Clinical study on treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum with ultrasonic combined with fluid therapy

目的 探讨超声药物导入联合补液对妊娠剧吐的治疗效果。方法 选取2021年3月至2022年5月温州市中西医结合医院妊娠剧吐患者92例,采用随机数字表法分为实验组(n=46)与对照组(n=46),对照组予以穴位贴敷联合补液治疗,实验组予以超声药物导入联合补液治疗,比较两组患者的治疗起效时间、住院天数、临床疗效、治疗舒适度简化量表(general comfort questionnaire,GCQ)及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,实验组的起效时间、住院天数、舒适度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的总有效率为93.5%(43/46),对照组的总有效率为89.1%(41/46),两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 将止吐膏药通过超声药物导入并联合补液治疗妊娠剧吐起效快、治疗效果显著、简便安全可行,可提高患者的舒适度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of ultrasound drug introduction combined with fluid replacement on hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods A total of 92 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum in Wenzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from March 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases).Control group was treated by acupoint application combined with intravenous rehydration,the experimental group was treated by ultrasonic drug penetration therapy combined with fluid infusion.During the treatment,the effective time of treatment,length of hospital stay,comprehensive efficacy,General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)scores,rate of adverse reaction were compared.Results After treatment,the effective time of treatment,length of hospital stay and GCQ scores in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates were 93.5%(43/46)and 89.1%(41/46)in the experimental and group in the control group respectively,there was no significant difference betwen two groups(P>0.05).There was no obvious difference in the rate of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound drug introduction combined with fluid replacement on hyperemesis gravidarum can improve the onset time of drugs,have significant therapeutic effect,and it is simple,safe and feasible,promote the comfort status.worthy of clinical promotion and application.
