摘要 肝细胞癌(HCC,以下简称肝癌)是全球癌症相关死亡的主要原因之一。肝癌进展和转移与线粒体功能紊乱密切相关。线粒体功能紊乱表现为不同方面,如代谢重编程、线粒体DNA(mtDNA)异常和线粒体核糖体缺陷等。本综述旨在总结和讨论线粒体功能紊乱在肝癌发生发展中的作用和机制,为未来的研究方向提出新思路。 Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is one of the major causes of cancer-related mortality worldwide.HCC progression and metastasis are closely related to altered mitochondrial metabolism,including mitochondrial stress responses,mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)and the abnormalities,and mitoribosomal defects.This review aims to summarize and discuss the role of mitochondrial dysfunction in hepatocellular carcinoma,and propose new ideas for future research.
