成人教育是高等教育的有机组成部分,拥有鲜明的独特性和多样化特征。但在新时期背景下,成人教育在办学规格上拥有多极化特征,在办学形式上拥有多样化特点,在生源结构上又呈现出鲜明的复杂性特性。正因如此,导致成人教育思政工作与普通思政教育工作拥有鲜明的差异性、独特性。然而传统的成人教育思政工作却存在诸多的问题,需要我们结合成人教育思政工作的内涵,分析成人教育思政工作的现状,从而探索出科学合理的创新与改革路径,为我国成人教育思政工作的现代化发展奠定坚实的基础。

Adult education is an organic part of higher education,with distinctive uniqueness and diversity.However,in the context of the new era,adult education has the characteristics of multi-polarization in school running specifications,diversification in school running forms,and distinct complexity in the structure of students.Because of this,the ideological and political work of adult education and general ideological and political education have distinct dfferences and uniqueness.We need to combine the connotation of ideological and political work of adult education,analyze the current situation of ideological and political work of adult education,and explore a scientific and reasonable path of innovation and reform,so as to lay a solid foundation for the modernization of ideological and political work in adult education in China.
