就业导向下应用型人才培养模式探索

Exploration on the Training Mode of Applied Talents under the Guidance of Employment

通过分析高校就业工作以及中存在问题以及高校学生就业困境,发现高校在就业指导课上存在针对性不强、就业工作存在只重数量不重质量等现象,高校学生就业观念存在偏差、职业能力不足、择业后流动流失率较大等问题。因此提出通过推动全员参与、加强思想引领、实施精准帮扶、实施精准帮扶、强化专业实践育人、纵深推进产教融合、强化就业供需对接等方面完善就业引导体系、助力毕业生优质就业。

By analyzing the employment work in colleges and universities and the existing problems as well as the employment difficulties of college students,it is found that the employment guidance courses in colleges and universities are not targeted,and the employment work only focuses on quantity rather than quality.There are many problems in college students'employment concept,such as deviation,lack of professional ability,and high turnover rate after job selection.Therefore,it is proposed to promote the participation of all staff,strengthen ideological guidance,implement precision assistance,implement precision assistance,strengthen professional practice and education,promote the integration of industry and education in depth,and strengthen the connection between employment supply and demand,so as to improve the employment guidance system and help graduates obtain high-quality employment.
