高职旅游管理专业课程改革教学方法应用研究

Research on the Application of Teaching Methods in the Curriculum Reform of Tourism Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

新时代背景下,旅游行业的发展对于旅游管理人才提出了新的培养要求,为了顺应时代需求、行业需求,为学生就业提供保障,高职旅游管理专业必须结合现有行业企业发展状况,完成旅游管理专业课程改革工作。鉴于此,本文在分析当前旅游行业发展新业态后,针对高职旅游管理专业课程改革提供了新的思路,并借此提出了多条推动实现高职旅游管理专业课程改革的路径,希望可以培养出素质高、技能高、素养高的旅游管理人才。

In the context of the new era,the development of the tourism industry has put forward new training requirements for tourism management talents.In order to meet the needs of the times and the industry,and provide guarantee for students'employment,the tourism management specialty in higher vocational colleges must complete the curriculum reform of tourism management specialty in combination with the development situation of existing industries and enterprises.In view of this,after analyzing the current development of tourism industry,this paper provides new ideas for the curriculum reform of tourism management specialty in higher vocational colleges,and proposes several ways to promote the curriculum reform of tourism management specialty in higher vocational colleges,hoping to cultivate tourism management talents with high quality,high skills and high quality.
