高校学生党员档案管理模式对团员档案管理的借鉴研究

Study on the Reference of College Student Party Members'File Management Mode to League Members'File Management

中国共产党党员档案(本文简称党员档案)是党员身份重要的证明,在“全面从严治党”的推动下,党员档案管理现已受到广泛关注,党员档案的建立和管理日趋规范,以党建带动团的建设,加强党对共青团组织建设和档案管理方面的指导,针对高校团员档案管理的薄弱之处提出相应策略,更有利于形成党团互促互进共同发展的良好局面。

The archives of Party members of the Communist Party of China(hereinafter referred to as Party members'Archives)are important proof of Party members'identity,under the promotion of"comprehensively and strictly administering the Party",the management of Party members'archives has ben widely concerned,the establishment and management of Party members'archives are becoming more and more standardized so as to promote the construction of the Communist Youth League with Party building,and strengthen the Party's guidance on the organizational construction of the Communist Youth League and the management of archives.In view of the weakness of the archives management of the league members in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward corresponding strategies,which is more conducive to the formation of a good situation in which the Party and the League promote each other and develop together.
