3种除锈方法在医疗器械除锈中应用的效果比较

目的观察除锈剂浸泡+刷洗法、压力蒸汽喷洗法、除锈剂浸泡+压力蒸汽喷洗法3种不同除锈方法在医疗器械除锈中的应用效果。方法通过目测法和pH试纸检测法,对3种除锈方法在医疗器械除锈中的除锈效果和除锈剂残留量进行了检测。结果除锈剂浸泡+压力蒸汽喷洗法对医疗器械除锈效果最好,平均合格率为97.78%;除锈剂浸泡+刷洗法除锈剂残留量最多,合格率仅为41.11%,另外2种方法除锈剂残留量合格率均为100%。结论除锈剂浸泡+压力蒸汽喷洗法对医疗器械除锈效果最好,除锈剂残留少。

Objective To observe the derusting effect on medical devices by soaking in rust remover+brushing method,pressure steam spray method and soaking in rust remover+pressure steam spray method.Methods Through visual inspection and pH strips,the application effect of three rust removal methods for medical devices were observed.Results The soaking in rust remover+pressure steam spray method had the best effect on rust removal of medical devices,and the average qualification rate was 97.78%.The qualification rate of rust remover residue of soaking in rust remover+brushing method was 41.11%,and the qualification rate of the other two methods was 100%.Conclusion Soaking in rust remover+pressure steam spray has the best performance in the rust removal of the three kinds of rust removal methods,and the residue of rust remover is small.
