制药企业生产车间常用消毒剂对腐败希瓦菌的消毒效果观察

Observation on disinfection effect of commonly used disinfectants in production workshops of pharmaceutical industries against Shewanella putrefaction

目的观察苯扎溴铵、醋酸氯己定、异丙醇和过氧乙酸4种消毒剂对腐败希瓦菌的消毒效果。方法通过中和剂鉴定试验对10 g/L过氧乙酸、1 g/L苯扎溴铵、0.5 g/L醋酸氯己定和70%异丙醇4种消毒剂的中和剂进行鉴定,采用载体定量杀菌试验计算各消毒剂对腐败希瓦菌的杀灭率。结果所用中和剂均可有效中和对应消毒剂,中和剂及其中和产物对试验菌均无不良影响。10 g/L过氧乙酸在室温条件下作用5 min,对不锈钢片上腐败希瓦菌的杀灭率达99.9%,其他3种消毒剂在规定时间内均未达到消毒效果要求。结论10 g/L过氧乙酸在制药企业生产车间杀灭腐败希瓦菌效果最好。

Objective In order to investigate the disinfection effect of four disinfectants,benzalkonium bromide,chlorhexidine acetate,isopropanol and peracetic acid on Hewanella putrefactive.Methods The neutralizers of four disinfectants,10 g/L peracetic acid,1 g/L benzalkonium bromide,0.5 g/L chlorhexidine acetate and 70%isopropanol,were identified by neutralizer identification test,and the killing rate of each disinfectant against Hewania putrefactive was calculated by carrier quantitative sterilization test.Results The neutralizing agent used could effectively neutralize the corresponding disinfectant,and the neutralizing agent and its neutralizing product had no adverse effect on the test bacteria.10 g/L peracetic acid worked for 5 min at room temperature,and the killing rate of Hewanella putrefactive on stainless steel sheet reached 99.9%,and the other three disinfectants did not meet the requirements of disinfection effect within the specified time.Conclusion 10 g/L peracetic acid can effectively kill Shewanella putrefactionin the pharmaceutical industries.
