9S管理法在消毒供应中心外来器械管理中的应用

Application of 9S management method in foreign equipment management

目的探讨采用9S管理法对消毒供应中心外来器械全流程质量管理的解决方案。方法随机抽取2011年5月—2016年4月采用常规管理法管理的外来器械630件为对照组,2016年5月—2021年4月采用9S管理法管理的外来器械630件为观察组,分析实施9S管理法前后清洗质量和功能检查的量化指标。结果实施9S管理法后,器械清洗的目测、放大镜检测、蛋白质检测合格率和功能完好合格率分别从实施前的92.38%、88.41%、88.73%、92.38%上升到实施后95.24%、92.54%、93.97%、99.36%。返回清洗率、湿包率分别从实施前的9.84%、4.76%下降至3.17%、0.79%。合作人员和消毒供应中心护士的满意度均优于实施前,实施9S管理法前后的差异比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论9S管理法完善了外来器械精细化管理工作中的缺陷与不足,对外来器械的质量管理有提高作用。

Objective To discuss the solution of adopting 9S management method for the whole-process quality management of foreign instruments in the disinfection supply center.Methods 630 foreign devices managed by conventional management method from May 2011 to April 2016 were randomly selected as control group,and 630 foreign devices managed by 9S management method from May 2016 to April 2021 were selected as observation group.The quantitative indicators of cleaning quality and function inspection before and after the implementation of 9S management method were analyzed.Results After the implementation of the 9S management method,the pass rate of visual inspection,magnifying glass inspection pass rate,protein test pass rate,and functional integrity pass rate for instrument cleaning before implementation increased from 92.38%,88.41%,88.73%,and 92.38%to 95.24%,95.24%,93.97%and 99.36%,respectively.The return cleaning rate and wet pack rate before implementation decreased from 9.84%and 4.76%to 3.17%and 0.79%respectively.The satisfaction of the cooperating staff and the nurses in the disinfection supply center was better than that before the implementation,and the difference between before and after the implementation of the 9S management method was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 9S management method has improved the defects and deficiencies in the refined management of foreign devices,and improved the quality management of foreign devices.
