Improving the systems for exercising full and rigorous self-governance is a significant new topic clearly proposed in Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It helps to properly handle the relationship between the Party and the rule of law.Running the Party with systems and regulations is a concentrated manifestation of the organic connection between improving the systems for exercising full and rigorous self-governance and the rule of law.To improve the systems for exercising full and rigorous self-governance with thinking in terms of the rule of law,it is necessary to improve the framework of Party regulations,further enhance the institutions and standards,make great efforts to improve conduct and combat corruption with thinking in terms of the rule of law,which promotes improving the systems for exercising full and rigorous self-governance with thinking in terms of the rule of law.It also requires references to the construction of the rule of law system to provide enlightenment for improving the systems for exercising full and rigorous self-governance.
