Socialist modernization,the transcendence of capitalist modernization,is the theory and practice of socialist modernization construction on the basis of capitalist modernization criticism.It has been developing progressively in the changing times,and has successively experienced three forms,namely,Marx and Engels’modernization criticism theory and practice,the Soviet model’s Modernization theory and practice,and Chinese modernization theory and practice.It has achieved from“critical”to“constructive”development and transitioned from“traditional”to“modern”mode.
