新时代文明实践中心运行机制优化——基于数字化嵌入视角的实践进路

Optimisation of the Operating Mechanism of the Centre for Civilisation Practice in the New Era:A Practical Approach Based on the Perspective of Digital Embedding

作为文明实践的组织末梢,新时代文明实践中心是贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要路径。运行机制及其主体框架是新时代文明实践中心的支撑保障,对于文明实践落地和发展发挥着关键作用,但随着文明实践深入以及外部环境嬗变,运行机制局部频现棘手难题。本研究以数字化嵌入视角,尝试将数字工具植入运行机制主体框架中,破解其局部难题并实现数字化蜕变,以期在数字化的赋能下,推动新时代文明实践中心资源聚合和效能优化。

As the organizational terminal of civilizational practices,the Centre for Civilizational Practices in the New Era is an important way to implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.The operation mechanism and its main frame are the support and guarantee for the Centre for Civilizational Practices in the New Era,and play a key role in the expansion of civilizational practices.However,with the deepening of civilizational practices and the evolution of external environment,the part of operation mechanism frequently presents serious problems.From the perspective of digital embedding,this paper tries to implant digital tools into the main frame of the operation mechanism to solve relevant problems and realize digital transformation.Therefore,it is further expected to promote the resource aggregation and efficiency optimization of the Centre for Civilizational Practices in the New Era under the digital empowerment.
