深孔预裂爆破技术在红阳三矿工作面过断层中的应用

摘要 为解决红阳三矿1210-2工作面过断层带期间的安全难题,根据断层实际揭露情况,提出深孔预裂控制爆破技术碎裂断层体技术方案,并对钻孔布置及爆破参数进行了设计。经现场实际应用,通过钻孔窥视仪及实际揭露验证,预裂爆破在断层体内形成破碎区和裂隙,降低了岩体强度,为工作面安全顺利回采提供了技术保障。 In order to solve the safety problem during the 1210-2 working face passing through the fault zone in Hongyang No.3 Mine,according to the actual exposure condition of the fault,a scheme of deep hole presplitting control blasting technology for fracturing the fault body is proposed,and the drilling arrangement and blasting parameters are designed.Through on-site practical application and verification through drilling observation instruments and actual exposure,it is found that presplitting blasting forms fractured areas and cracks within the fault body,reducing the strength of the rock mass and providing technical support for safe and smooth mining of the working face.
