摘要
为了控制兴无煤矿5206回风顺槽560~620 m段巷帮围岩垮落、收缩断裂,对围岩采取了“膨胀注浆锚杆+L型钢棚”联合支护技术。实际应用效果表明:采取联合支护阻止了围岩塑性变形区范围扩大,巷帮收缩量控制在0.24m以下,帮锚杆失效率降低至3%,底鼓量控制在0.12m以下,取得了显著应用成效。
In order to control the collapse and shrinkage fracture of the surrounding rock in the 560-620 m section of the 5206 return air groove of Xingwu Coal Mine,a combined support technology of"expansion grouting anchor rod+L-shaped steel shed"is adopted for the surrounding rock.The practical application results show that the adoption of combined support prevented the expansion of the plastic deformation area of the surrounding rock,controlled the shrinkage amount of the roadway side below 0.24 m,reduced the failure rate of the side anchor rod to 3%,and controlled the bottom heave amount below 0.12 m,achieving significant application results.
