摘要
针对工作面过局部冒落空巷存在的安全问题,坍塌段采用“封闭注浆充填+冒落矸石打钻注浆+工作面临空预注浆”三步方案,完整空巷段采用全部充填方案。选用双液注浆材料和高水充填材料,满足不同工程部位注浆需求。效果考察表明,空巷段充填体均质、完整,浆液固结体与冒落碎矸胶结良好,工作面回采期间未发生片帮冒顶现象。
In view of the safety issues of the working face passing through the local caving empty roadway,a three-step scheme is adopted for the collapsed section,which includes"closed grouting filling+drilling and grouting of caving gangue+pre-grouting of the working face".The complete empty roadway section adopts a full filling scheme.Select double liquid grouting materials and high water filling materials to meet the grouting needs of different engineering parts.The effectiveness inspection shows that the filling body in the empty roadway section is homogeneity and complete,the slurry consolidation body is well cemented with the caving broken gangue,and there is no phenomenon of spalling and roof falling during the mining process of the working face.
