摘要
以伯方煤矿3305运输顺槽掘进巷道为研究背景,在分析巷道开采技术条件的基础上,对掘进巷道临时支架进行了选型研究。通过理论分析,并结合数值模拟确定临时支架支护强度不低于62.26kPa,并提出掘进临时支护支架的设计要求。基于此,确定使用ZLJ2500/25/32D型临时支架,并给出了支架的主要参数,为后期临时支架的选型和设计提供参考。
Taking the 3305 transportation groove driving roadway in Bofang Coal Mine as the research background,and based on the analysis of the technical conditions of roadway mining,the model selection of temporary support for the driving roadway is studied.Through theoretical analysis,and combined with numerical simulation,the support strength of the temporary support is determined to be no less than 62.26 kPa,and the design requirements for the temporary support for excavation are proposed.Based on this,the ZLJ2500/25/32D type temporary support is determined to be used,and the main parameters of the support are given,which provide reference for the model selection and design of temporary supports in the later stage.
