摘要
以微子镇煤业主斜井架空乘人装置为案例,进行智能化无人值守系统改造设计,由地面集中控制中心、PLC控制网络和智能感知平台对设备实施监视与控制。应用结果表明:主斜井架空乘人装置智能化无人值守系统运行稳定,设备运行可实现无人值守,满足行人通行需求,装置运行至今无一起安全事故发生,经济、社会效益显著。
Taking the overhead passenger device of the main inclined shaft of Weizizhen Coal Industry as a case,an intelligent unmanned system transformation design is carried out.The equipment is monitored and controlled by the ground centralized control center,PLC control network,and intelligent perception platform.The application results show that the intelligent unmanned system of the overhead passenger device in the main inclined shaft operates stably,and the equipment can achieve unmanned operation,meeting the needs of pedestrian traffic.The device has not had any safety accidents since its operation,and the economic and social benefits are significant.
