煤岩分离排矸系统的优化设计

摘要 针对多岩巷矿井排矸系统工作效率低、成本高、难维护等系列问题,通过在盘区原有巷道系统增设高抽集中进回风巷与独立煤仓、在工作面增设出矸系统巷与独立煤仓的方法,介绍分析了煤岩分离排矸系统的设计构建,设计应用优化了矿井生产系统,实现了掘进过程中的煤岩分离,降低选煤成本,实现了掘进机的连续掘进。 In view of a series of problems such as low efficiency,high cost,and difficulty in maintenance of the multi rock roadway mine gangue discharge system,by using a method of adding high extraction centralized air inlet and return roadways and independent coal bunkers to the original roadway system in the panel area,adding gangue discharge system roadways and independent coal bunkers to the working face,the design and construction of the coal rock separation and gangue discharge system is introduced and analyzed.The design and application optimized the mine production system,achieved coal rock separation during the excavation process,reduced coal selection costs,and achieved continuous excavation of the excavation machine.
