村庄下覆岩离层注浆充填开采技术的应用 被引量:1

摘要 孙村煤矿井田范围内有27个行政村,千米以浅可采资源量1500万t,90%可采资源为建下压煤。为保证煤矿正常接续,通过实施覆岩离层注浆充填开采技术,在地面施工钻孔对采动覆岩离层区实施注浆充填,在采空区中部形成一定宽度的注浆充填承载区,形成覆岩关键层结构—充填区承载层—区段或其他隔离煤柱的复合支撑承载结构,实现对地表塌陷的有效控制,地面建筑物破坏等级控制在Ⅰ级以内,实现建筑物下的安全开采。 There are 27 administrative villages within the well field scope of the Suncun Coal Mine,with a shallow exploitable resource amount of 15 million tons per kilometer.90%of the exploitable resources are underground coal.To ensure the normal continuity of the coal mine,the overlying rock separation layer grouting and filling mining technology is implemented,grouting and filling are carried out in the mining overlying rock separation layer area by construction drilling holes on the ground.A certain width of grouting and filling bearing area is formed in the middle of the goaf,forming a composite support bearing structure consisting of a key layer structure of the overlying rock—a filling zone bearing layer—a section or other isolated coal pillars,to effectively control surface subsidence,control the damage level of ground buildings within level I,and achieve safe mining under buildings.
