高校思政课团队自主学习中教师的主导作用实证研究

摘要 团队自主学习是在思政课教学改革创新中出现的新的教学模式。在此模式中,教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用需要相互结合。实证分析显示,教师的引发作用、促进和保障作用以及评价作用等主导作用对学生团队自主学习的评价均具有显著的正向预测作用,并且教师的引发作用对团队自主学习评价权重最大,促进和保障作用次之,最后是评价作用。为了在思政课教学中确保团队自主学习模式的实效,教师需要更好地发挥主导作用。为此,教师应研究学生,把握学情,不断提高专业素质和能力。 The autonomous team-learning model is a new teaching model that emerged during the transi-tion of the ideological and political teaching concepts from the""teacher-centered"or the""student-cen-tered"unipolar thinking to the combination of the two,which emphasizes the ability of students to learn independently.In this teaching mode,the leading role of teachers and the subjectivity of students need to be combined with each other.The empirical analysis shows that the leading roles of teachers,such as the initiation,promotion and protection,and evaluation,have significant positive predictive effects on the evaluation of student autonomous team-learning.Besides,the initiation role of teachers has the lar-gest weight in the evaluation of autonomous team-learning,the second is the role of promotion and pro-tection,and the last is the evaluation role.In order to ensure the effectiveness of the autonomous team-learning model in the teaching of ideological and political courses,teachers need to play their leading roles better.For this reason,teachers should study students,grasp the learning situation,and continu-ously improve their professional quality and abilities.
