精细化手术室护理对并发糖尿病患者术后血糖水平、切口感染发生率及效果分析

Analysis of the Incidence and Effectiveness of Refined Operating Room Care on Postoperative Blood Glucose Levels and Incisional Infections in Patients with Complicated Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究分析行手术治疗的合并糖尿病的患者实施精细化手术室护理取得的效果,评估对术后血糖水平、切口感染发生率产生的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月于联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院接受手术治疗且合并糖尿病的患者60例为研究对象,应用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。前者采取常规手术室护理,后者以常规手术室护理为基础应用精细化手术室护理,对比两组患者护理效果,评估指标包含血糖水平变化情况、切口感染等并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果干预前,两组患者血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后切口感染等并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对护理措施的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化手术室护理应用于并发糖尿病患者护理期间有利于调控血糖水平,对于改善患者机体抵抗力以及预防并发症具有确切效果,取得的效果得到了患者认可。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of refined operating room nursing in patients with diabetes undergoing surgical treatment,and evaluate the influence on postoperative blood glucose level and the incidence of incision infection.Methods 60 patients with diabetes who received surgical treatment in the 900th Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The former adopted conventional operating room nursing,while the latter applied refined operating room nursing based on conventional operating room nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared,and the evaluation indicators included changes in blood glucose level,incidence of incision infection and other complications,and nursing satisfaction.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative incision infection and other complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing measures in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined operating room nursing in the nursing of patients with concurrent diabetes is conducive to the regulation of blood sugar level,and has exact effects on improving the body resistance of patients and preventing complications,and the effects achieved have been recognized by the patients.
