摘要
总结了石油开采领域普遍应用的生物聚合物如瓜尔胶、黄原胶、纤维素和硬葡聚糖等及其衍生物的结构和流变性能,展示了其作为添加剂应用于钻井液、压裂液、驱替液和封堵剂的相关效果,阐述了它们的物化性质和性能之间的相关性,并且浅析了几种具备良好应用前景的新型多糖生物聚合物。指出了未来油田专用型生物聚合物的发展方向,包括针对生物聚合物的结构进行修饰改性和开发新型多糖生物聚合物,旨在为后期开发经济实用的生物聚合物提供一定的参考。
This review focuses on both the characteristics of biopolymers and their utilization in the petroleum recovery process.Xanthan gum,cellulose and scleroglucan and their derivatives are used as thickness agents in the drilling and production process;guar gum and guar gum derivatives are applied to form crosslinked gels for proppant transportation in hydraulic facture.The physicochemical properties of biopolymers and their performance in application are further expounded,and several new polysaccharide biopolymers with good application prospects are also highlighted.Finally,the development of oilfield biopolymers are discussed,including modification of biopolymers and developing novel biopolymers,aims to promote the application of biopolymers in petroleum production.
