摘要
高硅CHA分子筛膜是分离CO_(2)混合气体的一种理想材料,但其制备普遍采用价格高昂的有机模板剂TMAdaOH,在脱模过程中容易产生缺陷从而严重恶化膜的气体分离性能。采用廉价的模板剂替代TMAdaOH,可以有效降低膜的制备成本。通过改进脱模方式,以及采用膜层后处理修饰策略,可以有效减少膜层缺陷,提高膜的分离性能。继续开发廉价、环境友好的模板剂替代TMAdaOH合成高硅CHA分子筛膜,以及膜层缺陷后处理修饰技术是今后的重点研究方向。
High-silica CHA zeolite membrane is one of the ideal candidates for CO_(2) mixture separation.However,the expensive organic template TMAdaOH is used widely in the preparation of membrane.Defects are generated easily during the process of template removal,which worsen the gas separation performance of the membrane.The replacement of TMAdaOH with cheap template is an effective way to reduce the preparation cost of the membrane.The defects of membrane could be controlled with increased gas separation performance by improving the method of template removal or post-treatment strategies.In the future,the replacement of TMAdaOH with cheap and environmentally friendly template in the preparation of CHA zeolite membrane,and the defect-patching technologies by post-treatment are the research emphases.
