摘要
介绍了国内外脱硫废水中镁离子回收的各种工艺路线和应用现状,并对现有的镁离子资源化回收工艺进行对比,以及未来的发展方向进行展望。认为应根据脱硫废水水质、总含盐量,特别是废水中Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、SO_(4)^(2-)和Cl^(-)的摩尔比例以及经济性多方面综合考虑,从废水中回收Mg(OH)_(2)或MgSO_(4)产品盐,不建议回收MgCl_(2)产品盐。
Various process routes and application status of recovering magnesium ion from FGD wastewater at home and abroad were introduced,the existing recovery processes of magnesium ion were compared,and suggestions for its future development were given.It was suggested that Mg(OH)_(2) or MgSO_(4) salt should be recovered from FGD wastewater according to the water quality,total dissolved solids(TDS),especially the molar ratio of Mg^(2+),Ca^(2+),SO_(4)^(2-) and Cl^(-)in wastewater and economical efficiency,while the MgCl_(2) salt should not be recovered.
