摘要
本研究结合英轩集团柠檬酸母液回收项目案例,研究使用色谱方法纯化柠檬酸母液,使母液中柠檬酸得到进一步回收。柠檬酸母液经陶瓷膜(截留孔径为15KD)过滤和碳脱色后,浓缩至酸含量75 g/100 ml。浓缩液经脱气进入SSMB(顺序模拟移动床)色谱单元。经分离后纯化的柠檬酸部分存在于提取液,杂质(RCS异碳化合物)存在于残液。提取液部分直接结晶回收柠檬酸,残液部分进入钙盐法用于溶解浓硫酸。整个过程中用水可使用结晶和蒸发过程中的物料冷凝水,无需加入新鲜的去离子水。
This research combines the case of the citric acid mother liquor recovery project of Yingxuan Group to study the use of chromatography to purify citric acid mother liquor and further recover citric acid from the mother liquor.The mother liquor of citric acid is filtered by Ceramic membrane(interception pore size is 15KD)and carbon decolorized,and then concentrated to 75 g/100 ml of acid content.The concentrated solution is degassed and enters the SSMB(sequential simulated moving bed)chromatographic unit.The purified portion of citric acid after separation exists in the extraction solution,while impurities(RCS isocarbides)exist in the residual solution.The extracted liquid is directly crystallized to recover citric acid,and the residual liquid is used to dissolve concentrated sulfuric acid in the calcium salt method.Throughout the entire process,water can be used to condense the materials from the crystallization and evaporation processes,without the need to add fresh deionized water.
