摘要
示波器的波形数据是将采样信号每个采样点的幅度值以数字序列形式反映出被测信号的完整波形,通过给定算法分析波形数据,可以实现被测信号多项指标的自动测量。本文主要探讨利用泰克示波器(TDS3000系列)的波形数据测量触发信号边沿时间的方法,并通过实际应用证明该方法的可行性。
The waveform data of an oscilloscope represents the complete waveform of the measured signal in the form of a digital sequence to represent the amplitude value of each sampling point of the sampled signal.By analyzing the waveform data through a given algorithm,automatic measurement of multiple indicators of the measured signal can be achieved,which achieves the same purpose as manual measurement but with faster testing speed.This article mainly discusses the method of measuring the edge time of a trigger signal using waveform data from a Tektronix oscilloscope(TDS3000 series),and proves the feasibility of the method through practical applications.
