摘要
为解决工程施工领域中事故多发、监测手段匮乏等问题,研发了一款施工作业自主监管的智能安全帽,结合单片机、传感器、柔性电子、蓝牙通讯、GPS定位等技术,实现对作业人员生理状态和作业行为的监控。在指定的环境下,对智能安全帽进行了对比试验,结果表明,智能安全帽在心率、血氧检测精度和功能上能满足施工作业现场的需求。项目的实施,减少由于生理问题或不规范作业行为导致的安全隐患,大幅度提高了施工作业过程中的安全性。
In order to solve the problems of frequent accidents and lack of monitoring means in the field of engineering construction,an smart safety helmet for independent supervision of construction has been developed,which combines the technologies such as one-chip compute,sensors,flexible electronics,bluetooth communication,GPS positioning,etc.,to monitor the physiological state and work behavior of operators.Under the specified environment,the contrast test of the intelligent safety helmet is carried out.The results show that the intelligent safety helmet can meet the needs of the construction site in terms of the detection accuracy and function of heart rate and blood oxygen.The implementation of the project has reduced the potential safety hazards caused by physiological problems or non-standard operations,and greatly improved the safety during construction.
