摘要
针对常导磁浮预制轨道梁成型问题,开发了一种高精度、自动化的液压式模板系统,并对其中涉及的关键技术进行了探讨。介绍了模板系统的施工流程,同时开展了预制轨道梁成型的验证性试验。结果表明,该系统实现了常导磁浮轨道梁的预制成型,从而为高精度轨道梁的成型及施工提供了一种新的模板系统方案。
Aiming at the forming problem of normally-guided maglev precast track beam,a high-precision and automatic hydraulic formwork system is developed,and the key technologies involved are discussed.The construction process of formwork system is introduced,and the verification test of precast track beam forming is carried out.The results show that the system realizes the prefabrication of the normally-guided maglev track beam,thus providing a new formwork system scheme for the forming and construction of high-precision track beam.
