摘要 大跨径斜拉桥结构复杂,施工难度大,极易使厂内加工制造线形与安装线形不符。本文结合李家沱长江复线桥钢箱梁厂内制造采用的多节段整体组焊与预拼装并行技术的工程实例,重点论述了以监控线形为控制目标对钢箱梁制造工法进行优化创新,从而合理实现对大跨度公轨同层非对称斜拉桥钢箱梁制造线型精度的控制。 The structure of long span cable-stayed bridges is complex and the construction is difficult,which can easily cause inconsistencies between the manufacturing and installation lines in the factory.This article combines the engineering example of the parallel technology of multi-segment integrated welding and pre assembly used in the manufacturing of steel box girders for Lijiatuo Yangtze River Double Track Bridge,focusing on optimizing and innovating the manufacturing method of steel box girders with the control objective of monitoring the linear shape,in order to reasonably achieve the control of the linear accuracy of the manufacturing of steel box girders for large-span public rail asymmetric cable-stayed bridges on the same floor.
