摘要
预制装配式施工技术可显著提升建筑工程项目施工效率、降低施工能耗。给排水系统施工属于预制装配式建筑施工中的核心环节,要求施工作业人员应严格按照工程项目施工设计方案预留孔洞,减少后期施工变更概率。鉴于此,在本文中结合具体的工程项目施工案例分析预制装配式建筑给排水系统应用情况,并着重分析了BIM技术在预制装配式建筑给排序水系统中的应用价值,期望对同行业施工人员起到一定的借鉴意义。
The prefabricated construction technology can significantly improve the construction efficiency of construction projects and reduce the construction energy consumption.The construction of water supply and drainage system belongs to the core link in the construction of prefabricated buildings.It requires that the construction workers should reserve holes in strict accordance with the construction design scheme of the project to reduce the probability of change in the later construction.In view of this,the application of the water supply and drainage system of prefabricated buildings is not analyzed in this paper combined with the specific construction cases of engineering projects,and the application value of BIM technology in the sorting water system of prefabricated buildings is mainly analyzed,which is expected to play a certain reference significance for the construction personnel in the same industry.
