寄生蜂外周嗅觉识别系统的研究进展

摘要 嗅觉通讯是寄生蜂与外界进行信息交流的主要方式之一,在寄生蜂搜寻寄主、交配、选择产卵场所等过程中均发挥重要作用。文章简要概述了寄生蜂外周嗅觉识别系统相关嗅觉基因的研究进展,并探讨其研究意义与应用前景,通过对寄生蜂嗅觉基因展开研究,有助于阐明寄生蜂识别、接收和转换外界化学信号的分子机制,为农林业害虫的绿色防控提供理论指导,对于现代生物防治的发展具有重要意义。 Olfactory communication is one of the main ways for the parasitic wasps to communicate with the environment,and playing an important role in the process of mating,host seeking and spawning site selection of the parasitic wasps.In this review,the research progress on the olfactory genes that involved in the peripheral olfactory recognition system of the parasitic wasps were summarized,and the significance and application were also discussed.It is helpful to elucidate the molecular mechanism of recognition,reception and conversion of external chemical signals by studying the olfactory genes of the parasitic wasps.Therefore,these findings can provide theoretical guidance for the green control of agricultural pest,and it is of great significance to the modern biological control of pest.
