摘要
在工业发展过程中,材料下料轮廓形状不一,多年来一直没有操作可行的智能下料方法,在实际下料中多依赖于人工经验。粗放式的下料不仅带来大量资源的浪费,使材料成本大大提高,还会阻碍产业的绿色转型升级。下料问题一直备受瞩目,其中以异形零件下料最为难解。首先对下料问题进行综合概述、分类,指出其发展过程中需要解决的难点,然后以CNKI作为数据源,选取135篇中文文献,利用CiteSpace软件对二维异形下料问题进行文本挖掘,得到近20 a来该领域研究的关键词共现图谱和前15个关键词汇及关键词研究变化图。据此,通过文献研究法分析了二维异形下料问题,并将其分为3个发展阶段,并提出在文献分析中发现的问题,最后提出二维异形下料未来应朝着算法融合、人机交互、多领域相互结合的方向发展。
In the process of industrial development,the material blanking profile shape is different,for many years there has been no feasible intelligent blanking method,in the actual feeding mostly relies on manual experience.Rough blanking not only brings a lot of wasted resources,but also greatly increases the cost of material and hinders the green transformation and upgrading of the industry.The blanking problem has been attracting much attention,among which the special parts are the most difficult to solve.The first step is to give a comprehensive overview of the blanking problem,classify it and point out the difficulties that need to be solved in the process of its development,and then use CNKI as the data source to select 135 Chinese literature and use CiteSpace software to text-mine the 2D shaped blanking problem to get the keyword co-occurrence mapping and the top 15 key words and the keyword research change map in this field in the past 20 years.Accordingly,the problem of two-dimensional special-shaped blanking problem is analyzed through the literature research method,which is divided into three development stages,and then put forward the problems found in the literature analysis,and finally proposes that the two-dimensional special-shaped blanking problem should develop in the direction of algorithmic fusion,human-computer interaction and multi-field combination.
