摘要
工艺物料清单(PBOM)作为雷达产品的核心工艺数据,主要由工艺物料树、结构化工艺、工艺属性信息等要素组成。文中分析了基于PBOM的工艺设计过程存在的层次关系规划不深、工序流转过程失控、工序资源统筹不够等盲区或断点,提出了物料清单(BOM)双向设计、工序协同设计、工装联动设计、工序分工统筹考虑等4个方面的关键解决措施,探讨了在雷达产品中的典型应用场景和实施效果,工艺质量和效益得到显著提升,为基于PBOM的工艺设计与管理提供新的思路和有益借鉴。
As the core process data of radar products,the process bill of materials(PBOM)is mainly composed of process material tree,structured process,process attribute information and other elements.This paper analyzes the blind areas or breakpoints in the process design process based on PBOM,such as insufficient hierarchical planning,uncontrolled process flow process,and insufficient overall planning of process resources,and puts forward the key solutions in four aspects,including two-way design of bill of materials(BOM),process collaborative design,tooling linkage design,and overall consideration of process division of labor,and discusses the typical application scenarios and implementation effects in radar products,and the process quality and efficiency are significantly improved.This paper provides new ideas and useful references for process design and management based on PBOM.
